It's lovely place for sightseeing and exploring Osaka. It has amiable, amicable staff.

The room was comfortable with television with satellite channels, central heating, and a personal safe.

a great selection of goodies for breakfast. location just next door to a quiet business district, convenience stores and several bars/restaurants. for tea or coffee visit gokan kitahama honkan nearby.

We had a double room, and it was comfortable. Extremely helpful and affable staff members provided a few recommendations. Easy access to Itami airport, which was about 20 minutes' drive away...

Great location near cafes and train station, but the air conditioning was noisy.

I loved the onsen, it was clean and super relaxing! The ambiance reminded me of a spa, and the room was nicely designed. The various free amenities were a nice touch too.

The hotel is in a lovely, quiet area while still being close to the metro, making it easy to explore. I especially enjoyed the onsen for soaking my feet after a long day of sightseeing. Fresh towels and water were provided daily, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that it was a bit challenging to store our large suitcases in the room, but that’s pretty standard in Japan.

The hotel felt serene, with a beautiful Japanese garden at the entrance which really set a calming tone. My room was spacious and elegantly decorated, and I appreciated the daily supply of fresh towels just by hanging a bag on the door. Great location, only a 5-minute walk to the nearest train station. The breakfast was a good taste of authentic Japanese cuisine. The laundry situation was a bit tricky. The small top-loader machines with stacked dryers were overly difficult to use, especially for someone my height. It resulted in hitting my head trying to access the dryer. At the same time, the onsen was nice, but it was quite crowded, and they had restrictions on tattoos were great. The firm beds might not be for everyone, but it didn't bother me much. The staff's professionalism and care stood out to me.

I loved how close this hotel was to Nakanoshima Park, just a short walk away, and being near Dotonbori made it easy to explore the lively atmosphere filled with fantastic restaurants and shops.

Couple retreat to remember

We had the soft lighting in our room creating this perfect cozy vibe, it seemed like we were in a spa, I almost fell asleep just enjoying the ambiance. The onsen was very nice, clean and always ready, I really needed that after a long day, let me tell you.

Look, it wasn't exactly budget-friendly but honestly, it was worth every penny.

The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the subway. The cleanliness and the communal bath were highlights, far exceeding my last experience in osaka.

Rooms are on the small side. Fitting two suitcases can feel like a game of Tetris. The air in the room tends to be dry, which left me waking up each morning with dry eyes and throat. The public bath water could use a closer inspection for cleanliness. A TV without smart features restricts entertainment options to mostly Japanese channels, which isn't ideal for international travelers. Lastly, the body soap and hand detergent left my skin feeling dry, and the tea selection in the room was quite limited.
